Return & Refund Policy
At Optifable, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we want to make the return process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our return policy is designed to be fair, clear, and customer-friendly.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep in mind that certain items—particularly customized or intimate products—may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or personalization restrictions.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges beyond this timeframe.
Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number is required to ensure your return is tracked and processed properly. Packages received without a valid RA number may not be accepted.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment within a reasonable period. Please note that certain deductions may apply, including restocking fees, return shipping charges, or relevant taxes.
If you’re waiting on a refund and haven’t seen it reflected in your account, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card provider first. If the issue persists, our customer support team will be glad to assist you further.
Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price may still be returned, but any refund will be calculated based on the amount paid, not the original full price.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, just reach out to our team. We’ll help you begin the exchange process and confirm product availability. You may be responsible for any price difference or additional shipping fees involved in the exchange.
To return an item, please contact customer service to receive an RA number and specific return instructions. Be sure to package the item securely, include any accessories, tags, or paperwork, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the parcel. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply to cover the handling and inspection of returned goods. The amount of this fee depends on the type and condition of the item and will be communicated to you during the return process.
Unless the return is the result of a mistake on our part—such as sending the wrong item or a product that arrived damaged—you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, which may be deducted from your refund.
